ENGINEERING
Design
Your ideas are put to the test. We look at wind loads, catwalks, equipment weights, and a whole lot more. After your approvals, we then provide detailed engineering drawings showing overall structure and connections, which we then furnish EOR stamped drawings to you, or provide raw drawing files for you to use with your own PE of choice. We don't stop there. If you use your own PE we can work directly with them for any design changes and help throughout your entire project cycle.
Structural Analysis
Detailed analysis is done with the professional design software RISA. This is where we make sure your structure is safe and stands up to the elements and design loads you require. With many years of experience designing steel structures you can be sure your project is in good hands.
Engineering Drawings
A full set of engineering drawings can be provided to you in PDF and DWG formats. We also provide an option to have a 3D CAD model submitted to you at the end of your project.
DESIGN
3D Modeling
Once the engineering side of things has been reviewed we move onto modeling everything into a 3D CAD environment. This is the best way to visually see your project come to life. You get to see an online file and review the entire model. You can rotate and zoom to see every detail of your project. You can be involved as much as you want to provide comments and ask questions during the design phase.
DRAFTING
Fabrication Drawings
A full set of fabrication drawings can be provided. Every bolt and weld will be shown accurately for your shop, or subcontractors, to build assemblies that create your final project. Output can be customized to your specified sheet sizes, part names and more.
Installation Drawings
The last set of drawings you need is to show how everything is put together in the field. A full set of installation drawings will be provided to ensure clear and accurate details to your installer. Nothing will be left out.
Engineering Drawings
Do you simply need a drawing set to submit to your own PE or EOR? We can provide a complete engineering drawing set showing all the members and connection details. We do the heavy lifting and design the structure and provide CAD drawings and calculations to your EOR which they can use for providing your stamped set of engineering drawings.
BUILD
Fabricate
Do you need a fabricator to cut and weld all your assemblies for you? We have partners that can provide fabrication services throughout the entire USA. From small one-off projects, to large installations we can provide steel parts and assemblies delivered directly to your project installation site or to your local shop. Painted, galvanized, or bare metal, we can provide it all.
